Easy – Suitable for people with no experience and low levels of fitness. Hikes are short and gentle gradients.
Moderate – Some hiking experience preferable although not essential. Average to good levels of fitness required. Moderate ascents and descents undertaken.
Challenging – Hiking experience essential. Good to excellent fitness required to complete day long hikes. Ascents and descents undertaken.
Strenuous – Excellent levels of fitness are required. Hiking days can be long and strenuous with big ascents and descents. Ability to cope with many days of hiking, often staying in different locations every night. Ultimately a positive, enthusiastic approach to adventure!
All our trips are lead by experienced Mountain Leaders who use their breadth of experience to ensure the hikes are enjoyable, with plenty of time for rest breaks, snacks, time for photos and enjoying the mountain experience.
